Michael Pion is the owner of NextHome Capital Realty and an industry veteran that has been awarded REALTOR of the Year by the local association for his outstanding service, high principles, and dedication to the best of the REALTOR spirit and remains within the top 1% of REALTORS serving the real estate needs of the Greater Harrisburg area.

Michael is a family man at heart and is a passionate and market-savvy professional whose client's satisfaction and best interests are paramount. Michael and his family also love being a part of the local community and giving back.  From sponsoring numerous local kids’ sports teams to holding fundraisers for Local police K-9 units or holding events for Susquehanna Service Dogs and Speranza Animal Rescue. They also were the organizer of the Shamrock Shuffle 5K which donated over $50,000 to help build a local Veterans park.

Michael and his family reside in Hampden Township. When not selling real estate, Michael enjoys fly fishing, sporting clays, golf, and cheering on his son in the natatorium and daughter on the Irish dance stage.
